Shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped using Easyship, which allows us to access a range of international courier services and reliable shipping options.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated as an estimated flat rate based on the weight of your order and destination. While all shipments are processed through Easyship, our current checkout system applies average shipping rates rather than live courier rates.

Free Shipping – Aotearoa (New Zealand)

Orders over $150 NZD qualify for free shipping nationwide.
Orders under $150 NZD will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Please note: in some cases multiple shipping options may appear at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, please select the “Free Shipping” option to ensure no shipping charge is applied.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Easyship using trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate based on order weight and destination.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Domestic orders within New Zealand typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

International delivery times vary depending on the courier service and destination country.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. You will receive email updates once your order has been dispatched.

Order Fulfillment

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, or failure to collect from a courier depot, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. While we take great care in packaging and shipping all orders, we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the courier.
